SocialShyft is DigitalShyft's AI social media product. It learns how your business sounds and looks, plans your posts around a strategy you approve, makes the images and short videos, and publishes to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and TikTok. You set how often you post and approve a whole batch in one click. It runs inside the DigitalShyft client portal.
What is SocialShyft?
It is the social media team inside the DigitalShyft client portal. Not a scheduling tool you still have to fill, and not a generic AI writer you still have to correct, but the planning, writing, designing and publishing done for you, in your voice.
The name comes from the same place as ours. DigitalShyft exists to move marketing from guesswork to systems, and SocialShyft is that move for social media: from posting when someone remembers to a plan that runs.
Why did we build it?
Because social media is the marketing job most businesses mean to do well and rarely have time for. It slips to the end of the week, then to next week, and the account goes quiet.
The obvious fix, asking an AI tool to write the posts, has its own problem. Generic AI sounds like generic AI. It does not know your customers, your words, the offer you ended last month or the claim you are not allowed to make. We wanted posts that a customer would recognize as yours.
How does SocialShyft learn your brand?
It starts by studying what you already have, such as your website and your brand material, and drafts a brand profile: how you sound, the words you use and avoid, the rules you follow and how your images should look. You correct it and approve it. Nothing about your brand changes after that without your say.
Then it drafts a Social Playbook, the strategy behind the posts: what social media should do for the business, who it is for and the kinds of posts worth rotating through. You approve that too. From then on, every post has a reason to exist.
What does a month with SocialShyft look like?
You choose how many posts, which networks and which days and times, and SocialShyft suggests what tends to work for each network. Then the posts arrive ready to go: dated, written for each network and paired with a branded image. Short videos are there when you want them and skipped when you do not.
You review the batch the way a customer would see it, leave out anything you do not want, send a note on anything that needs changing, and approve the rest in one click. New clients start with two weeks at a time and move to a full month once the posts need few changes.
How does it keep getting better?
Every edit, thumbs up and thumbs down teaches it something about what you like, so posts need fewer changes over time. You can see what it has learned and remove anything it got wrong.
Before you see a post, it has already been reviewed for accuracy and brand voice, and every image has been checked before it is used. What reaches you is a draft worth approving, not a first attempt.
